Return
Policy
Our policy is to allow a 100% refund less handling fees on unmounted,
loose diamonds only. The diamond must be returned in its original state
with all associated certificates and appraisals. All return packages must
be postmarked within five (5) days of receipt, and we must be notified
of the return via phone or email prior to the package being mailed. Return packages must
be double-boxed and insured for the full value of the purchase price. Return shipments must
be via the couriers listed below. All other purchases and sales are considered final.
Shipping
1Diamond will ship your order insured by either US Postal Service, Federal
Express, or Brinks. Shipping fees will depend on method of shipment and
merchandise value.
Pricing
All prices listed are based on cash, wire transfer, check or money order purchase. Payment by credit card will incur a 3% handling fee. Any orders totaling less than $1,500.00 will incur a $100.00 handling fee.
Sales Tax
1Diamond does not charge any sales tax on purchases which are shipped
outside of Washington state.
